His approach is direct, grounded in Lean thinking, and focused on the conditions that allow execution to actually happen rather than lose momentum or stall.

Andrea focuses on the analytical and financial dimensions of performance improvement — translating operational change into measurable outcomes and supporting organisations to understand where value is actually created or lost.
He works closely with leadership teams on the intersection of financial performance, operational design, production planning and strategic clarity.
Senior Advisor
When we encounter new contexts or want to adopt new approaches, we organize an internal task force and include Jorgen for his vast experience and incredible theoretical knowledge.
His critical viewpoint is always vital in correcting initial ideas and helping to model them to workable solutions. And let’s not forget the thourough risk analyses he helps us to produce.
